"The Food Preparation Academy,
FPA, is a meeting place for seminars, workshops, demonstrations, sales
support and much more.
With over 65 years of experience of the food preparation business,
HALLDE has a lot of knowledge to share. At the Food Preparation
Academy you will have the chance both to learn about HALLDE and
the machines but also about food preparation in general.

The Food Preparation Academy is located in the same building
as HALLDE has its office and factory, in Kista outside Stockholm.
The Academy has a fully equipped kitchen and a conference
area with seats for 20 persons. HALLDEs full range of machines
is on display and in the kitchen you will find products from
partners like, Rational, Granuldisk and Coffee Queen.
